Physiotherapy
Assessment and treatment for back and neck pain, joint and muscle problems, sports injuries and recovery after surgery.
Your first appointment is a 60-minute initial assessment. Your physiotherapist asks about the problem, examines you and agrees a plan with you. Follow-ups are 30 minutes, or 45 minutes when more time is needed.

Insurance
Northgate Health is billed directly at both clinics, Meridian Cover at Quayside and Allbright Mutual at Elm Park. Check whether your insurer needs a pre-authorisation code before you book. Insurers we bill directly.
Good to know
- You don't need a GP referral to see us. Some insurers ask for one; see our Insurance terms.
- We see adults and children from 12. Children aged 12 to 15 need a parent or guardian with them.
