Who we are
Harbourline Physio Ltd is the controller of your information. Contact our data protection officer at privacy@harbourline.example.
What we keep, and for how long
- Adult clinical records: 8 years.
- Children's records: until the age of 25.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. Insurers receive only the minimum needed for billing.
Calls and CCTV
We do not record phone calls. CCTV covers the Elm Park car park and the Quayside entrance; footage is kept for 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information. We reply to subject access requests within one month.
This demo website
