Concessions
10% off follow-ups, extended follow-ups, sports massage and Pilates if you are 65 or over, a full-time student (valid ID) or a Carer Card holder. Not on initial assessments, packages or insurer-billed sessions. One concession at a time.
Surcharges
- Bank holiday Monday sessions at Quayside: £10, paid by you.
- Home visits: clinic fee plus £18 (up to 3 miles), £30 (over 3 to 6 miles) or £45 (over 6 to 10 miles). Home visits.

If your insurer's limit for a session is lower than our fee, you pay the difference (the shortfall) at the appointment. Any excess on your policy is paid at reception. No pre-authorisation code on the day? You pay for the session and we re-bill your insurer if you send a valid code within 14 days.
Never billed to an insurer: acupuncture, Pilates, video follow-ups, home visits, surcharges, letters and missed-appointment fees.
Cancelling
Please give 24 hours' notice (12 hours for Pilates). Under 24 hours we charge 50% of the fee; if you miss the appointment, 100%. The full policy, including when we waive the fee, is below.
