Home visits
Physiotherapy at home within 10 miles by road of either clinic, Monday to Friday 09:00 to 15:00.
If getting to a clinic is hard, a physiotherapist can come to you. You pay the fee for the service at the nearest clinic, plus a travel surcharge based on road distance from that clinic.
What to expect

Up to 3 miles
£18 surcharge.
- 2
Over 3 to 6 miles
£30 surcharge.
- 3
Over 6 to 10 miles
£45 surcharge. Beyond 10 miles we can't visit.

Home visits and surcharges are not billed directly to any insurer. Insurers we bill directly.

- Home visits are for physiotherapy only.
- Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel. If your physiotherapist has already set off, the full fee and surcharge apply.
